Project Overview
Healthy Fasal is a scalable, zero-inventory grocery procurement and distribution platform designed to simplify the farm-to-vendor supply chain while ensuring freshness, reducing wastage, and improving margins for all stakeholders.
Procure fresh produce only when demand exists and deliver it efficiently to vendors without holding inventory.
How It Started
The project came through a trusted network. Healthy Fasal is led by a farmer and logistics operator who saw deep inefficiencies in the traditional grocery supply chain.

The Problem
Groceries often reach vendors late and stale due to inventory mismanagement. Middle layers cause delays, wastage, and poor quality control. Vendors lack a structured ordering system, and farmers are disconnected from real demand signals.
Traditional supply chains are broken - fresh produce becomes stale before reaching vendors.
The Zero-Inventory Philosophy
Healthy Fasal was designed around one strong principle: Zero Inventory. Demand first. Procurement second. Instead of stocking groceries, orders are collected from vendors, procurement happens only after confirmed demand, farmers supply fresh produce, and collection centers handle aggregation and dispatch.

A welcoming split-screen login pairs farm photography with a focused sign-in flow, setting the tone for a platform built around fresh produce and operational clarity from the first interaction.

Sales teams capture leads from on-ground shop visits with status tracking, city filters, and assignment workflows. Admins review pending, approved, and rejected inquiries with full shop and contact details in a card-based grid.

Vendors get a clean, intuitive interface to browse available products, view prices in Hindi and Marathi, and add items to cart. The wallet-based system shows their balance and allows quick checkout without payment friction.
